Viera Florida is a new master planned community located on Brevard County Florida.... Originally part of the 38,000 acre Cocoa ranch of the Duda Company, it began its development in 1989. The town of Viera, which means faith in the Duda family's native Slovak language, currently encompasses 9,000 acres with many more acres awaiting approval.The community has been built from the ground up with carefull detail given to landscaping and layout of all of its internal communities.
